Manner of representation
The foundation's management board consists of one to three persons, including one President. In the case of a multi-member management board, each member of the management board is authorised to make declarations in the scope of the foundation's pecuniary and non-pecuniary rights and obligations and to sign on behalf of the foundation: • up to and including the amount of PLN 2,000,000.00 (in words: two million zlotys) – each member of the management board independently; • above the amount of PLN 2,000,000.00 (in words: two million zlotys) – two members of the management board acting jointly. In the case of a one-person management board, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made by the sole member of the management board.
