Overview
Stowarzyszenie Tranzycja.Pl runs a publicly accessible knowledge base on transgender identity and transition, launched in March 2021. It publishes scientifically grounded materials on gender identity, language, legal gender recognition procedures, detransition, medical procedures and hormone therapy, as well as advice for transgender people under 18.

Manner of representation
Two members of the management board acting jointly are authorised to represent the association, make declarations of will within the scope of its property rights and obligations, and grant powers of attorney, except in the situations indicated in point 3. 3. A single member of the management board is authorised to represent the association independently, make declarations of will within the scope of its property rights and obligations, and grant powers of attorney only in the following situations: a) incurring liabilities not exceeding PLN 10,000; b) signing donation agreements in favour of the association, provided that they do not entail any non-property obligations on the part of the association.
