Manner of representation

To submit declarations of will concerning activities resulting in the incurrence of financial obligations and to sign on behalf of the foundation, in the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board is authorized. In the case of a two-member management board or a larger management board, to submit declarations of will concerning activities resulting in the incurrence of financial obligations and to sign on behalf of the foundation, the President of the Management Board individually, as in section 2 of this paragraph, and the Vice-President of the Management Board independently are authorized, subject to financial obligations: a) up to the gross amount of PLN 10,000.00, the Vice-President of the Management Board is authorized independently; b) above the gross amount of PLN 10,000.00, two members of the management board, including the President of the Management Board, acting jointly, are authorized.
