Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in property-related matters, are made by the members of the Management Board in accordance with the rules set out below: 1. Where the foundation has a one-person management board, the foundation is represented independently by the President of the Management Board. 2. Where the foundation’s management board consists of two members, each of them is entitled to represent the foundation independently. 3. Where the foundation’s management board consists of three members, the effective making of a declaration of will on behalf of the foundation requires the joint action of at least two members of the Management Board acting jointly.
