In the case of a multi-member management board, each member of the management board has the right to independently represent and act on behalf of the company in non-property matters, and in property matters if the value of the right or the amount of the obligation is less than PLN 30,000.00 (thirty thousand złoty); where the value of the right disposed of or the amount of the obligation incurred in property matters is equal to or higher than PLN 30,000.00 (thirty thousand złoty), the joint action of two members of the management board is required.
