Manner of representation

1. The President of the Management Board, the Vice-President and each other remaining member of the association’s management board are authorised to represent the association externally and make declarations of will in non-property matters. 2. The President of the Management Board together with the Vice-President of the Management Board is authorised to conclude agreements with other associations, clubs and non-governmental organisations. 3. Two signatures are required to make declarations of will in property matters and for financial documents to be valid, namely the signature of the President of the Management Board and that of the Vice-President of the Management Board or another remaining member of the management board.
