Manner of representation

Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation in all matters, except property matters, may be made by each member of the management board independently. In property matters, the signature of two members of the management board acting jointly is required, except for representation: A) in administrative, administrative court, court, enforcement, preparatory and complaint proceedings, as well as in proceedings for access to public information or environmental information; B) when submitting applications concerning the financing of the foundation in any form, including signing all documents, applications, declarations and certifications of conformity with the original required in the procedure for obtaining funding, submitting applications and settling grants, except for signing the funding agreement. This does not apply where the management board is a one-person management board.
