Manner of representation

In the case of a one-person management board, the President is authorized to represent the foundation independently. In the case of a multi-member management board: 1. The President is authorized to represent the foundation individually in transactions with a value not exceeding one million złoty. In transactions with a value exceeding one million złoty, the foundation may be represented by the President and a member of the management board acting jointly; 2. Each of the other members of the management board is authorized to represent the foundation individually in transactions not exceeding PLN 50,000. In transactions with a value exceeding PLN 50,000, the foundation may be represented by two members of the management board acting jointly.
