Manner of representation

For entering into agreements, granting powers of attorney and making other declarations of will on behalf of the association, in particular in property-related matters, two arbitrary members of the association’s management board acting jointly are authorized. In agreements between the association and a member of the management board, and in disputes with such member, the association is represented by one member of the audit committee acting independently, designated in a resolution of that body, or by an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of the general meeting of members.
