Manner of representation

1. Each member of the management board is authorised to submit declarations of will concerning non-property rights and obligations and to represent the foundation before courts and administrative authorities, independently. 2. Each member of the management board is authorised to submit declarations of will and incur property obligations, independently. 3. Members of the management board may appoint and dismiss attorneys-in-fact acting within the limits of their authorisation to perform legal acts concerning the foundation’s property rights and obligations and to represent the foundation before courts and administrative authorities to the extent specified in the power of attorney. 4. Declarations of will concerning the performance of the employer’s obligations are submitted by members of the management board independently and, if the attorneys-in-fact referred to in §15 paragraph 3 are appointed, also by an attorney-in-fact if the power of attorney includes such declarations of will.
