Manner of representation

1. For making declarations of will on behalf of the association, including declarations concerning property rights and obligations: • up to PLN 15,000, the President, the Vice-President or a member of the management board is authorised to act independently; • above PLN 15,000, two members of the management board acting jointly are authorised, including the President of the Management Board. 2. In the case of joint representation referred to in section 1, second bullet point, in the President’s absence, the person authorised by the President shall act in his place: 1) the Vice-President or another member of the management board.
