In the case of a multi-member management board, declarations of will on behalf of the cooperative are made by two members of the management board or one member of the management board and an attorney-in-fact appointed by the management board. In the case of a one-person management board, a declaration of will on behalf of the cooperative is made by the President of the Management Board, who is entitled to represent the cooperative independently. In the case of the appointment of a one-person management board, a declaration of will on behalf of the cooperative may also be made by two attorneys-in-fact.
