Manner of representation

In the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Foundation's Management Board is authorised to individually submit declarations, including in property matters, on behalf of the foundation. In the case of a multi-member management board: 1. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, subject to points 2 and 3, are submitted by two members of the management board acting jointly. 2. In matters not related to incurring property obligations, each member of the management board is authorised to independently submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation. 3. The management board may appoint attorneys-in-fact to manage branches of the foundation, specifying the scope of their authority to submit the declarations referred to in point 1, as well as attorneys-in-fact to handle matters specified in the power of attorney and, within this scope, to submit the declarations of will referred to in point 1.
