The persons authorised to represent IPA – Polish Section are: the President or the person replacing the President and one member of the Presidium of the National Management Board; to represent the provincial group – the President or the person replacing the President and one member of the Presidium of the group’s Management Board; and to represent the region – the Chairperson of the region or the person replacing the Chairperson and one member of the Presidium of the region. 2. The persons authorised to incur property liabilities on behalf of IPA – Polish Section, the provincial groups and the regions are the persons listed in paragraph 1. 3. The second member of the Presidium should be the treasurer.
