Fundacja "W Dobrej Formie" in Wrocław supports women in caring for their physical and mental strength. Manner of representation
1. In property matters: a) up to the amount of PLN 20,000.00 (twenty thousand zlotys), the foundation may be represented by the President of the Management Board or an authorized member of the management board acting individually; b) above the amount of PLN 20,000.00 (twenty thousand zlotys), joint action by two members of the management board is required. 2. In non-property matters, each member of the management board is entitled to act independently on behalf of the foundation, unless the articles of foundation provide otherwise. 3. In the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board acting independently is authorized to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation.
