Manner of representation

The President is entitled to represent the foundation independently and without limitation, including incurring obligations, making declarations in property matters and granting powers of attorney. A member of the management board is authorized to represent the foundation independently, including incurring obligations, making declarations in property matters and granting powers of attorney, provided that the value of the obligation incurred by the foundation or resulting from the declaration made does not exceed PLN 10,000 (ten thousand). In the case of incurring obligations or making declarations on behalf of the foundation with a value exceeding PLN 10,000 (ten thousand), the consent of the President is required.
