In matters concerning the employment of employees and in matters not related to incurring financial liabilities exceeding 5,000 (five thousand) złoty, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made independently by the President or Vice-President of the foundation's management board. In other financial matters, joint representation by at least two members of the management board is required.
