Manner of representation

The President and the Vice-President independently, as well as two members of the management board acting jointly, are authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the association, including in property matters. The President and the Vice-President of the management board or/and two members of the management board acting jointly may authorise a member of the association to make a declaration of will on behalf of the association, and in non-property matters also a person who is not a member of the association. Other powers of attorney require unanimity of the management board and may be granted each time for a period not exceeding 6 months.
