Fundacja Synowie Dnia identifies people in difficult life situations and coordinates assistance by connecting them with individuals, organizations and institutions, following each case through to resolution. It runs the “Start w dorosłość” (Start into Adulthood) program for people around 18–25 leaving foster care, providing a coordinator or mentor and support with housing, work and education.
