Manner of representation

1. In the case of a one-person management board, one member of the management board makes declarations on behalf of the company. 2. In the case of a management board consisting of two or more persons: 1) with regard to disposing of the company’s assets or incurring obligations whose value does not exceed the equivalent of PLN 50,000 (fifty thousand złoty), each member of the management board represents the company independently; 2) with regard to disposing of the company’s assets or incurring obligations whose value exceeds the equivalent of PLN 50,000 (fifty thousand złoty), all members of the management board represent the company acting jointly.
