1. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made by the President and Vice-President of the Management Board acting jointly and in agreement, subject to paragraph 2. 2. Declarations of will, both in property-related and non-property-related matters, on behalf of the foundation, in the case of a one-person management board, are made independently by the President of the Management Board. 3. The foundation may be represented externally by each member of the management board independently. 4. Attorneys-in-fact appointed by the foundation's management board may also be persons authorised to represent the foundation in particular areas of the foundation's activities.
