Manner of representation
If the management board consists exclusively of the President of the Management Board, the President of the Management Board is authorised to represent the foundation independently in all matters, including property matters; if the management board consists of two persons, each of those persons is independently authorised to represent the foundation in all matters, including property matters; if the management board consists of three or more persons, joint action by two persons serving on the management board, including the President of the Management Board, is required to represent the foundation in all matters, including property matters.
