Manner of representation

1. For making declarations of will in all matters, including representation, entering into agreements, granting powers of attorney on behalf of the association, and incurring financial obligations up to the amount of PLN 50,000 gross, each member of the management board acting independently is authorised. Incurring financial obligations requires representation by the President of the Management Board and the Vice-President of the Management Board if the management board is a multi-member management board. 2. In non-financial matters, the association may be represented by each member of the management board independently.
