Manner of representation

Declarations of will on behalf of the association are made, in the case of a one-person management board, independently by the President of the Management Board, and, in the case of a multi-member management board, independently by the President of the Management Board or by two members of the management board jointly. Declarations of will on behalf of the association may also be made by the Secretary General – a commercial proxy – or by other attorneys-in-fact on the basis of written powers of attorney granted to them.
