Manner of representation

1. The President of the Management Board independently represents the foundation in relation to third parties, including, in particular, with respect to property rights and obligations. 2. The President of the Management Board is authorised to independently make declarations of will and sign agreements, including entering into banking agreements and opening and operating the foundation’s bank accounts. 3. A member of the management board may act on behalf of the foundation exclusively on the basis of a power of attorney granted by the President of the Management Board.
