Manner of representation

For submitting declarations of will in non-property matters on behalf of the foundation and receiving declarations of will addressed to the foundation, each member of the management board is authorized independently; in property matters of the foundation, including entering into agreements and granting powers of attorney, where the value of the liability: 1) is, on a one-time basis, less than or equal to PLN 10,000 (ten thousand zloty), each member of the management board is authorized to represent the foundation independently; 2) exceeds, on a one-time basis, PLN 10,000 (ten thousand zloty), in the case of a multi-member management board, joint action by two members of the management board simultaneously is required, and in the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board acts independently.
