Manner of representation

1. For making declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in property and non-property matters, the joint action of two members of the management board is required, subject to paragraph 2. 2. Each member of the management board is authorised to independently make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation with respect to property actions whose value does not exceed PLN 25,000 (in words: twenty-five thousand zlotys). 3. The property actions referred to in paragraph 2 include, in particular, concluding agreements, making payments, incurring obligations and accepting monetary benefits, provided that their value falls within the limit specified in paragraph 2.
