Manner of representation

In the case of a one-person management board of the foundation, the President of the Management Board submits declarations of will on behalf of the foundation. In the case of a multi-member management board of the foundation, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are submitted: – in matters concerning employees, including establishing an employment relationship, and in matters not related to incurring pecuniary obligations exceeding PLN 5,000 (in words: five thousand zloty) – individually by the President of the foundation; – in other matters – by two members of the management board acting jointly or by one member of the management board jointly with a commercial proxy.
