Manner of representation

1. In non-financial matters on behalf of the foundation, understood as acts that do not result in the creation of property obligations, the President of the Management Board or another member of the management board is authorised to submit and sign declarations of will independently. 2. Non-financial matters include in particular: 1. signing and submitting tax and financial declarations, returns and reports to tax offices and other public administration authorities, 2. signing and submitting applications, filings and documents to the National Court Register and other public registers, 3. conducting official and organisational correspondence, 4. all other formal and administrative acts that do not result in the creation of financial obligations on the part of the foundation. 3. In property matters on behalf of the foundation whose value does not exceed PLN 5,000.00 (five thousand zlotys), the President of the Management Board or another member of the management board is authorised to submit and sign declarations of will independently. 4. In property matters on behalf of the foundation whose value exceeds PLN 5,000.00 (five thousand zlotys), joint action of the President of the Management Board and other members of the management board acting jointly is required. 5. Both the President of the Management Board and the Vice-President are authorised to grant powers of attorney on behalf of the foundation.
