Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will in property matters on behalf of the association, in particular concerning the incurring of financial liabilities, the disposal of or acquisition of property rights, the signing of civil-law contracts and the conclusion of co-financing or grant agreements, are made jointly by two persons: 1. the President of the Management Board and the treasurer, or 2. the President of the Management Board and a Vice-President authorised by a resolution of the management board, or 3. two members of the management board authorised by a resolution of the management board. 2. Declarations of will in non-property matters, in particular comprising administrative, organisational and representative acts, including letters and applications addressed to offices, courts and public registers, may be made independently by: 1. the President of the Management Board; 2. the Vice-President of the Management Board; 3. another member of the management board authorised by a resolution of the management board.
