Manner of representation

The following are authorized to make declarations concerning property and non-property rights and obligations and to sign contracts on behalf of the foundation: 1. In the case of a one-person management board – the President of the Management Board; 2. In the case of the appointment of a multi-member management board: where the value of the rights acquired or the property obligations incurred by the company does not exceed PLN 50,000.00 (fifty thousand zlotys) in a single instance, each member of the management board is authorized independently, whereas in other cases – two members of the management board acting jointly, or a member of the management board acting jointly with a commercial proxy.
