Manner of representation

1. In the case of a one-person management board, the foundation is represented independently by the sole member of the management board, i.e. the President of the Management Board. 2. In the case of a multi-member management board, the foundation's management board represents the foundation: a. in the case of disposing of a right or incurring an obligation with a value of up to PLN 2,000 – independently; b. in the case of disposing of a right or incurring an obligation with a value exceeding PLN 2,000 – in the case of a multi-member management board, representation by two persons is required, i.e. by two members of the management board acting jointly; c. in other matters (of a non-property nature) – independently.
