Manner of representation

1. All declarations of will on behalf of the foundation that do not involve the foundation incurring liabilities exceeding PLN 10,000 (ten thousand) or that fall within the scope of ordinary management activities may be made by each member of the management board of the foundation independently. 2. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation connected with the foundation incurring a financial liability exceeding PLN 10,000 or exceeding the scope of ordinary management activities shall be made jointly by the President of the Management Board of the foundation and the Vice-President of the Management Board of the foundation.
