Manner of representation

1. In the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board is authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation independently. 2. In the case of a multi-member management board: A) the President or a member of the management board is authorised independently to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in matters related to incurring liabilities up to PLN 50,000.00 (in words: fifty złoty); B) two members of the management board acting jointly are authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in matters related to incurring liabilities exceeding PLN 50,000.00 (in words: fifty złoty).
