Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made: 1) in the case of incurring liabilities up to PLN 10,000.00 (in words: ten thousand zlotys zero grosz), by each member of the management board independently; 2) in the case of incurring liabilities exceeding PLN 10,000.00 (in words: ten thousand zlotys zero grosz) and up to PLN 100,000.00 (in words: one hundred thousand zlotys zero grosz), by two members of the management board acting jointly; 3) in the case of incurring liabilities exceeding PLN 100,000.00, by two members of the management board acting jointly after obtaining the prior written consent of the Chairperson of the Foundation Council. 2. Each member of the management board may independently perform all other legal acts not listed in paragraph 1.
