Manner of representation
Each member of the management board is independently authorized to represent the foundation externally, including to make declarations of will on its behalf in property matters, subject to the following provisions: a. the disposal of a right or the incurring of a liability with a value exceeding PLN 20,000.00 requires joint representation by at least two members of the management board; b. however, the President of the Management Board and the Vice-President of the Management Board are each independently authorized to make declarations of will in matters related to employment contracts, contracts of mandate, and contracts for specific work, irrespective of the amount of the liabilities arising from those contracts.
