Manner of representation

In the case of a one-person management board, the foundation is represented by the President. In the case of a multi-member management board, declarations of will up to the amount of PLN 10,000 (ten thousand zloty) on behalf of the management board may be made independently by each member of the management board. In the case of a multi-member management board, declarations of will up to the amount of PLN 30,000 (thirty thousand zloty) on behalf of the management board should be made by two members of the management board. In property matters whose value exceeds PLN 30,000 (thirty thousand zloty), declarations of will on behalf of the management board should be made by three members of the management board.
