Manner of representation

Both in the case of a one-person management board and in the case of a multi-member management board, the President is independently entitled to submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation and to represent the foundation. Each of the remaining members of the management board is independently entitled to do so up to an amount not exceeding PLN 20,000.00 (in words: twenty thousand zloty), and above the aforementioned amount, the members of the management board shall always submit a declaration of will together with the President.
