Manner of representation

For submitting declarations of will in property-related and non-property-related matters, concluding agreements and incurring obligations on behalf of the foundation, the following are authorised: a) the President of the Management Board acting independently (as a one-person body); b) two members of the management board acting jointly–in the case of a multi-member management board where the President does not participate in the transaction.
