Manner of representation

1. The President independently is authorised to represent the association externally in matters not requiring the incurring of property liabilities. In the absence of the President, the association may be represented by the Vice-President, or another member of the management board authorised by the President. 2. The signatures of two members of the management board acting jointly are required for concluding agreements, granting powers of attorney and making other declarations of will, in particular in property matters.
