Manner of representation

The management board manages the entire activity of the association and represents it externally. Joint action of the President of the Management Board and one member of the management board, or of two members of the management board, is required to undertake any obligations, dispose of the assets of the Association for the Development of the Village of Brozec, and make declarations of will and sign in this respect. For a declaration of will, as well as any letters concerning the association's property rights and obligations, to be valid, the signatures of two members of the management board are required: the President and the Vice-President, or the President and another member of the management board authorized in writing by the management board. The management board is legally and financially responsible for the results of its actions.
