Manner of representation

In the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board is authorized independently to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in property matters. In the case of a multi-member management board, the following are authorized to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in property matters: a) the President of the Management Board independently, or b) the remaining members of the management board, provided that, for incurring liabilities or disposing of a right valued at more than PLN 20,000.00, a member of the management board acting jointly with the President of the Management Board is authorized.
