Manner of representation

For making declarations of will in non-property matters of the association, each member of the management board is authorized to act independently. For making declarations of will in property matters, including concluding agreements and granting powers of attorney: 1) up to a single liability amount not exceeding PLN 5,000.00 (five thousand zlotys), each member of the management board is authorized to act independently; 2) for amounts exceeding PLN 5,000.00 (five thousand zlotys), in the case of a multi-member management board, the simultaneous joint action of two members is required, whereas in the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board is authorized to act independently.
