Manner of representation

If the management board is a one-person management board, the President acting independently is authorised to submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in property matters. If the management board has two members, the President or the Executive Director acting independently is authorised to submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in property matters. If the management board has three members, the President or the Executive Director acting independently, or the Secretary acting jointly with the President or the Executive Director, is authorised to submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in property matters.
