Manner of representation

Each member of the management board is authorised independently to make declarations of will concerning the foundation’s non-property rights and obligations. In the case of a multi-member management board, each member of the management board is authorised to independently make declarations concerning property rights and obligations with a value not exceeding PLN 50,000 (fifty thousand złoty); for declarations concerning a value exceeding this amount, joint action by two members of the management board or by a member of the management board jointly with an attorney-in-fact is required. Declarations made to the foundation may be received by the President of the foundation or an attorney-in-fact of the foundation.
