Manner of representation

1. In the case of a one-person management board, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation shall be made independently by the sole member of the management board. 2. In the case of a multi-member management board, declarations of will shall be made independently by the President of the Management Board, while the Vice-President of the Management Board and the remaining members of the management board shall make declarations of will jointly with the President of the Management Board. In the event of the President’s permanent inability to perform the function, two members of the management board acting jointly shall do so.
