Manner of representation

1. The following are required for making declarations of will concerning the association’s property rights and obligations and for signing agreements and obligations on its behalf: 1) the signature of the President of the Management Board if the value of the obligation undertaken does not exceed PLN 2,500, or 2) the signature of the Vice-President of the Management Board if the value of the obligation undertaken does not exceed PLN 1,000, or 3) the signatures of two Vice-Presidents of the Management Board if the value of the obligation undertaken exceeds PLN 1,000 and at the same time does not exceed PLN 2,500, or 4) the signatures of the President of the Management Board and the Vice-President of the Management Board if the value of the obligation undertaken exceeds PLN 2,500. 2. The signature of at least one member of the management board from among the following is required for the validity of other letters and documents: President of the Management Board; Vice-President of the Management Board.
