Manner of representation

To submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, with respect to the foundation's property and non-property rights and obligations, and to sign on behalf of the foundation, the following are authorised: up to the gross amount of PLN 2,000.00, the President of the Management Board independently; from the gross amount of PLN 2,000.00 up to the gross amount of PLN 5,000.00, the President of the Management Board with the consent of the Chairperson of the Foundation Council; above the amount of PLN 5,000.00, two members of the management board acting jointly with the consent of the Foundation Council, or the President of the Management Board with the consent of the Chairperson of the Foundation Council in the case of a one-person management board.
