Manner of representation

1. In non-property matters, each member of the management board is authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation independently. 2. In matters concerning the employment of employees and in matters related to incurring property liabilities with a value of up to PLN 10,000.00 (in words: ten thousand zloty 00/100), the President of the Management Board or the Vice-President of the Management Board is authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation independently. 3. In matters related to incurring property liabilities with a value exceeding PLN 10,000.00 (in words: ten thousand zloty 00/100), the President of the Management Board independently, or two Vice-Presidents of the Management Board acting jointly, is authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation.
