Manner of representation

Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made as follows: 1. In matters related to incurring financial liabilities: A. in the case of a one-person management board – the President; B. in the case of a multi-member management board: up to the amount of PLN 100,000 (in words: one hundred thousand złoty) – each member of the management board independently; above the amount of PLN 100,000 (in words: one hundred thousand złoty) – two members of the management board acting jointly. 2. In matters not related to incurring financial liabilities – each member of the management board independently. 3. In matters concerning the employment relationship of the foundation’s employees or the conclusion of employment contracts or employment under other contracts by the foundation (with the exception of members of the foundation’s management board) – the President.
